Yesterday I met William and Joseph at Causeway Point at 5pm. Went shopping, gaming and eating with them. Like what William has said, indeed we did many stupid things. Haha! So funny, and we can't stop laughing! :D Walked around to shop for Joseph's and Elson's clothes, as well as presents for Elson's birthday! Went to eat dinner and after that, we wanted to catch a movie. But, there are no movie that is nice to watch. So we headed to arcade.
I played 2 games with them and stop playing already. Hahas. And I start to message with friends, took photo of the two adorable(s) playing! ^^ Just by playing games and doing some silly things could make the three of us laugh out loud! Very little is needed to make someone smile. 所谓, 知足尝乐! :) Like what Shi Xian jie says, I hardly laugh out loud for jokes, even the most funniest one. But thanks Joseph and William for making me laughed! Hahas. :)
Look at William, he's so happy! :D |
They look like Father & Son right? (: |
After gaming, we went to Popular and more places to looked for some stuffs that they need for the one and only surprise on Sunday. :D Must bring more money on that day ok! Haha. I shall share a story written by me. Lol. Enjoy okay! Oh ya, the story ain't real wors.
I remember ever since my little brother was born in our family, my parents doted on my little brother more than me. They showered their love and care on him and their attention was always focused on my brother. I thought that the reason for them giving me more allowance than before was because they love me too. I never know that I was wrong, till the day when I reached home from school with an empty stomach, feeling extremely famished.
As usual, I walked alone without thinking much. I only kept thinking and guessing about what my parents would be cooking for dinner. When I reached the door steps, I could smell the fragrance of food. I hurried in and said:” wow, what will I be having for tonight’s dinner? It smells nice!” The reaply that I got from my parents was:” Nothing, you ought to cook something for yourself. Better not to touch the pot of porridge I have cooked or your little brother”.
I felt disheartened and I tried to change a topic.
I flipped open my bag and got my parents to view my results slip. They were frustrated over my ‘nonsense’ and they just snatched over my results slip and said:” no matter what results you get, you will get to nowhere because you are immature as you can see us feeding your little brother and yet you come to harass us”.
I ran back into my room with tears flowing non-stop, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and thoughts began to run through my mind.
That scene didn’t haunt me for too long and just in a day’s time, I could get on with life. I had by then decided to do something to seek attention from my parents. I met bad companies and started to smoke and take drugs. Whenever we saw police officers, we would all run in separate direction to somewhere deserted where the police could not find us. We celebrated every ‘successful escape’ through smoking, taking drugs and drinking as much alcohol as we could.
One night, when I got home, my parents were holding a cane waiting for me outside our apartment. I walked towards them and they questioned me about doing illegal things like buying drugs. I knew I was in big trouble but I continued to deny Their blood boiled. They threw the drugs they had found in my bedroom onto the floor. They ran towards me with the cane, and immediately, I ran away. My mind was blank; I kept running as fast as I could to another top floor of the block.
I climbed through the railings, and decided to jump off as I thought it could settle everything. As you know, before one dies, they will begin to reflect about their lives.
"You are our smart and adorable child".
"You had done us proud"!
"No matter what results you get, you will get to nowhere because you're immature...come to harass us"!
The next minute, I am in a coma. Weeks after the incident, I realized that I was lucky to have survived. But, I have to rely on a wheelchair as I am paralysed from the waist down. It affects my life as well as my future. I have difficulty finding a job, but I am all to blame.
